Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to lead the development of interior concepts and prepare high-quality drawings. The role involves translating design intent into clear visual concepts and precise technical drawings across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with project briefs, brand identity, and client requirements.

• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, and material palettes.

• Produce detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, RCPs, and details.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design alignment.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and project specifications.

• Prepare 3D views, sketches, and visualizations to communicate design intent.

• Support design development through all stages – concept, schematic, and detailed design.

• Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixture specifications.

• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams into design revisions.

• Maintain design documentation and drawing standards.

Requirements Skills & Qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

• 0–3 years of experience in interior design with strong concept and drawing skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software.

• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and detailing.

• Good visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential projects.

• Knowledge of BOQs, specifications, and basic site coordination.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
